The CIAS2024 (China International Automotive Semiconductor) conference jointly titled by PTC concluded successfully at Suzhou Shishan International Conversation Center!
In the Assembly and Test forum activity jointly titled by PTC, Heraeus, Infineon and other industry leaders delivered wonderful speeches. Mr. Lu Kun, President of PTC Research Institute, also shared professional knowledge on Scanning Acoustic Tomography (SAT) independently developed by us, which received wide attention.
Our company launched Automatic Scan Acoustic Tomography, which can automatically identify and locate the defects. Common defects include bubbles, delamination, folds, voids, cracks, etc. The size and area of defects are statistically recorded, stored and marked. Through the automated handling mechanism, the automatic loading and unloading of products is realized.
